These large impressive hybrids are available in two different combinations: 3/4 gyr / 1/4 saker and 1/2 gyr / 1/2 saker (50/50). Strong and powerful on the wing, they are extremely versatile hunters taking a wide variety of ground and aerial prey. Possessing at least 25% "robust" sakers genes, Gyr / Sakers are able to cope with a wide range of environmental conditions. Approximate weights for Gyr / Sakers range from 750g-1150g for males and 1000-1650g for females.
